Terms of Service & Software License

1. License Grants & Tiers
SecFirm is licensed, not sold. Your license grant depends on your active tier:
Free Edition: Permitted for individual educational research, non-commercial security review, and local analysis. Limited to baseline APK manifest inspection and standard rules.
Pro License: Licensed per seat for professional reverse engineers and security consultants. Node-locked to one workstation at a time. Unlocks unlimited Hermes HBC v100 disassembly, Flutter Dart AOT parsing, embedded ONNX neural inference, and dynamic Frida instrumentation.
Team & Enterprise: Multi-seat commercial entitlement with support for distributed device clusters and custom runtime packs. Enterprise licenses include 100% air-gapped offline signing keys.
2. Permitted & Prohibited Use
You agree to use SecFirm only on software, binaries, and devices for which you have explicit authorization or legitimate security research privileges. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, bypass, or forge the Ed25519 license signature verification routines.
- Share, leak, or publicly distribute node-locked commercial license keys.
- Deploy SecFirm in violation of applicable computer security and privacy laws.
3. Warranty & Liability
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall BuonaLabs or its contributors be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from binary inspection, memory hooks, or device interaction.
